Scary pranks to pull off on some friends?

Okay so my friends and i went to go see Paranormal Activities last night, it was pretty creepy as i believe in all that stuff. Anyways, my friends are spending the night today as we are renting movies, what are some scary pranks i can pull off and scare them? lol

Well this isn't that scary but it sure is funny... make sure you are ther last one to bed and stick their hands in warm water... i'm pretty sure you know what that does, if not i makes them wet the bed!
Put chocolate on underwear and throw at friends.
Buy a fake (realistic-looking) ear at a Halloween store. Then, say you are going into the kitchen to chop something up (like carrots or something). Get some ketchup, slather your hand with it, and then act as if your ear got cut off. Explain that you were chopping whatever and then you had an itch on your ear. Works every time!!!!!
