  1. I don't know how much you're paying for that. I'm guessing over 1000 CDN? Anyways you can easily build a PC that will max any game for 500 CDN. Just post a question like "Can someone make me a computer build that will max anything for under _____?" Make sure you watch a few videos on how to build one, it isn't hard at all. You just need to be patient. It's about as easy as building lego. If you don't already have a monitor, mouse and keyboard add like $170. Always buy from newegg, they are awesome. My specs are: Athlon 64 X2 6000+ @ 3.01ghz Radeon HD 4850 4gb DDR2 RAM Western Digital Caviar Green 640gb 5400rpm Corsair 450W PSU Cheap motherboard and DVD burner Cooler Master Scout case Wicked computer that will max Crysis at 1280 x 1024 40fps. Only paid $600 Canadian for it.
  2. Absolutely. Your basically getting a bomb to kill a fly. Your system has 2.4Ghz x2 processors (plenty to run) , 256mb video card (plenty), and 4GB Ram (overkill). So yes, your system will run this game VERY nicely. (your getting a great computer) Tried to make it as simple as possible to understand.
  3. That looks as if it should work fine, although I've never played sims three myself, so I don't know how demanding it is at top graphics. you've certainly got enough ram and a decent graphics card, which are what matters most.
