My Funny Picture

How do i make pictures look funny?

So i want to make a photo look funny. So say if i had a picture of a dog and wanted to put a halo and wings on it. How do i do it? Because i realy want to know!

2. what about editing it in the paint program on your computer
3. Find someone with a Sony Ericsson mobile phone. Use facewarp, or Pull face. V V funny results! and u can also put shades, halo's etc on too. cant beat it!
