12. Yes, I got mine from a shop, it's an ex-gaming computer, that's why I got it. Plays Battlefield 2 really well! Windows XP SP2 1.5 gb RAM 40 GB HDD ATI Radeon 9550 Graphics Card 2.8 ghz dual core AND...... Dial up. It's so crappy and slow.

15. mine has 2 hard drive errors, the mouse pad is almost gone and its not the fastest but i cant complain. its a laptop. i have a desktop too but its even slower.

20. no. I hate my computer. I whacked it against the wall this morning because it was taking ages to start running. Now there's a big dent in the wall... tip to myself: don't hit the laptop on the wall. Hit the laptop against the fridge. I only got this computer because it was mandatory for school. :(

24. I have had close to 25 computers and had my first when most folks didnt know what a bulletin board was much less than the internet. We had to know dos to move around and memorize dozens of commands to get anything done....my conclusion: Ive had close to 10 laptops starting with a radio shack back in the 80s and many desktops. So far I dont shout from the heavens but I do lean toward Dell and Gateway. I think the marriage between HP and Compaq unites two lesser quality products and nothing comes good from it. I loved the features of the 17" screen laptop from Toshiba, but they kept breaking down and burning up over and over. Features are great but they just dont hold up. Most folks dont want to pay the addtional price of a more business/professional machine, but going to Dell and getting a little better quality computer is hard to beat. Ive had one Gateway I couldnt break and i dropped it from several feet and took it into the cold weather and everywhere in between. the screen was hanging on by a thread and I finally retired it and it was still running. If I were to buy a new one right now...hmmm........I think a heavy duty Dell would be a heck of a choice..good luck to you.
