How to make a slideshow of pictures for MSN Messenger?

Hey everyone, I'm bored of having just one picture displayed on MSN Messenger IM, and would really like to make a slide show to use on it so that when i'm IM'ing people, my picture changes from one to the next. Can someone please advise how to do that? Thank you :)
