ex boyfriend is weird and hes driving me crazy?

okay when we were together he was horrible.. we were on and off around 8 times (idk i lost track..yeah its sad) i payed for every single date, he whined non stop, all we did was text each other NEVER called, he would get mad because i wouldn't send him nasty pictures, he was only happy when he got a free movie and a hand job. we broke up like last week for the final time..but now he wants to be friends, i dont know what he means by being friends! all he did the past week was whine because hes lonely and he misses me (he broke up with me)so when i said we could be friends and i try talking to him he just says "yeah" and "cool" like he doesn't want to talk to me. wtf? he is the biggest loser but i dont know why i cant get over him! he was my first boyfriend :( what do i do?
