cant see dynamic display pictures?

i cant see my friends dynamic display pictures even though i have adobe flash player, and even just downloaded the new one.. i can make my own but cant see other peoples..

1. I get that alot to with msn :S I dont worry bout the dynamic display pictures. Just as long as i am talking to my friends thats all that matters. The pictures are there just to show off. Lol But anyway. Dont worry bout it. They could be loading, sometimes it takes forever to load! :S but i got no idea really.
