Myspace deleting picture that wasn't in violation of terms?

I do not have any explict or violent pictures. Everything is appropriate. But i got an email from myspace telling me a picture of mine had been deleted because it was in violation. Judging on the fact my display picture was changed i have a feeling that it was the one of me in my prom dress in front of my house. What's so bad about that? But the funny thing is, is that none of my pictures were gone. Any ideas why this could have happened? It was sent to my myspace inbox from myspace help

2. It may be a phishing scam but it might be that if enough ppl reported that picture they may send you a warning. check the email address from where they sent that email && make sure they're not trying to fool you =]
3. Just a wild guess, but I'm assuming that maybe someone was jealous of that picture...maybe you looked really gorgeous...so they kept on reporting that picture to myspace and that's why they sent you that warning. There's a lot of stupid people out there so I wouldn't doubt it.
