What should I do with my hair?

My hair is a bit longer than shoulder length and I have side bangs that aren't very thick but not extremely thin. The bangs are a straight cut and are right below my nose, maybe a little above. I really want to cut my hair shorter, NOT TOO SHORT THOUGH. I'm 14 and I want it to be cute and stylish but no crazy or weird. Any ideas or MAINLY PICTURES? I want to be able to incorporate the bangs in the style but so they still look good. THX GUYS. [:
