How do I convert Photoshop Photos/Pictures to JPEG's? (They are originally JPEG's in the 1st place)?

I really need to convert a Picture form a Photoshop Document to a JPEG so I can upload it onto the Internet. The File was a JPEG going into Photoshop, but even though I have several "Save As" Options in Photoshop, they're all weird crazy options and all to do with Photoshop. There is no JPEG or even BitMap "Save Option". Please help, surely there must be a way! Thanks Guys.

1. Upload it to any of these and save to your computer... http://www.photobucket.com http://www.tinypic.com http://www.lunapic.com there are a lot that are free to use online as these are :)
2. Make sure you are in the correct color mode. Go to Image>Mode and select RGB. Once you have done that (also make sure you are in 8-bit color mode, nothing higher), you should find that your Save As options return.
