girlies, help me out with this?

this is random, but plz help me out. my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls tonight at his baseball practice. lol. he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but i dunno how to describe it or what happens. plz give me ideas! :-D (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol)

4. if he hasn't heard about elephant-titus than here is one...just say when ur balls get hit hard they can swell up to an enormous size and they hurt..very sore, doctors will have to stick needles in there for every checkup or the fluid and puss that swells up will burst and your balls will explode..lol this is so mean but hope this one works btw thats not really what elephant-titus is
5. that the device sometime accidentally pulls off the balls they need a sperm count if he is a minor your mom has to be in the room thats all i got
