gurls, plz help me with this! :)?

this is random, but plz help me out. my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls tonight at his baseball practice. lol. he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but i dunno how to describe the device or how it works. plz give me ideas! :-D (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol)

2. haha tell him its squishes them undera lence and it hurts the device is like a nut cracker but lot bigger its scans them jiggles it and makes the pennis and balls alot smaller..haha soo mean
3. tell him its like the machine doctors use to give women breast exams. The breast is placed on this table thing and a machine really does basically squish it to test how everything is inside. Just switch it up lol
