girlies, help me out with this?

this is random, but plz help me out. my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls tonight at his baseball practice. lol. he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but i dunno how to describe it or what happens. plz give me ideas! :-D (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol)

1. Tell him they do a hammer to the balls like they do to your knee. The test is basically to see if the penis responds much like the leg is supposed to. This will ensure everything is intact.
