ladies, plz help me with this?

this is random, but plz help me out. my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls tonight at his baseball practice. lol. he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but i dunno how to describe it or what happens. plz give me ideas! :-D (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol)

5. You can tell him that they're going to perform what is called the David's Monster procedure, named after David Menabli who invented it to test whether the balls were still functional. They put them in a machine similar to that of a mammogram machine and lightly squeeze the balls but that it hurts a lot. Then they take a needle to take a sample of the blood and the tissue inside of it and to test it. After that the doctor makes you lay down on the bed and smacks them to see your reaction, and depending on the test results and your reaction the doctor will make a judgment whether you can still produce sperm and if you are sterile or not.
6. tell him he'll have to rest his balls on like a little table and then this other piece comes down and squeezes them like they're in a vice down to 1/2 inch and it checks for sensitivity and reaction. If he cries or screams, that means his balls were damaged too badly to heal and they will have to be removed
