gurls, plz help me with this! :)?

this is random, but plz help me out. my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls tonight at his baseball practice. lol. he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but i dunno how to describe the device or how it works. plz give me ideas! :-D (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol)

5. You stick your balls in a hole...then the device turns on...it takes a couple minutes...then it squeezes, and you feel lot's of pain.
6. Just say it's basically like a mammogram, but instead of boobs, it presses hard on your balls to find any lumps or disease. AHAHA I wish this happened to one of my friends.

10. Awesome idea! I would explain to your brother that he is going to have to put his balls in a machine somewhat similar to what women have to put their breasts into to be checked for a mammogram. I would say on a smaller scale though, for dudes. They have you stand next to a table where a light is shined from underneath. Next, they align your balls on the x and all the sudden a thick plastic sheet slowly comes down and puts pressure on your balls to test their sensitivity....and that is what will happen at your check out.
