Animated MSN display pictures.?

I have noticed that with MSN 9.0 you can add cool, animated display pictures on to you're chat screen. My problem is that, even though I have searched, many times for websites with them on, I can only find a few small websites with them! Would anybody be able to point me to some websites with them on? Much appreciated.
