harmless funny pranks to do to your neighbour(s)?

i have a neighbour that thinks he is the ruller of the street he records people with a video camera and calls the cops on everybody..nobody likes him and wants to teach him a lesson...lol

4. prank mail. eg put a bill for a subscription to a porn mag in his letterbox
5. Good ole fashion ding dong ditch.........the doorbell trick..... I loved that when I was a kid......
6. put a bag of crap on his door step and light it on fire!
7. Type up a fake letter from the FBI or someone else and say he owes them like 500,000 in back taxes. He'll get a kick out of that. :D
