My Funny Picture

Does anyone know what type of animal/fish/creature this is?

I have a friend who was in Brazil and while they were swimming in the river, one of the girls came out of the river with this weird dragon type looking fish attached to her shorts. Does anyone know what type of fish or creature this is because we and some of my zoology friends are totally stumped by this one. 1. Really weird. It kind of looks like one of those sucker fishes or w.e they are called. I have no idea tho but its an interesting looking thing...
2. look at this site it has all the 2,796 species of freshwater fish in brazil good luck finding out what is! robin
3. It looks like some sort of catfish, or a bottom feeder at least...
4. I don't know what it is. But if it hasn't been discovered yet and seems really weird, I suggest you contact some cryptozoologists. Or even simple freshwater aquatic biologists. Especially those in Brazil.
