Does this skirt look strange on me? [pictures]?

I tried wearing it lower on my hips but it looked crazy. If I wear this, will people think it looks bad?

9. I absolutely love it. What brand is it, I might want to order one myself. You can pull it off well because you are thin. Poofy skirts like that can make some people look bigger, but not you. I think it's very unique, not so much that it's weird, but it's not something everyone wears. I don't like the shirt you are wearing it with, though. I would wear a brighter color with it on top.

15. No, it's super cute! It reminds me of a ballerina. I really think it is cute and feminine, plus it shows off your legs which the boys will love. I would wear it with a cami like in the pic and some cute flats or flipflops this summer.

20. its soooo cute you should totally wear it with like a cute pair of heels! (they should have some color in them tho because the skirt is black haa)

22. It's a really cute skirt, but the problem with it is that it's too big and poofy on your small frame. If the skirt was just a little less poofy, it would look great on you. Maybe you can take it to a tailor to have it adjusted.
