where would i look for pictures of animal teeth?
I was digging up bulbs in my flowerbed and found a part of a jawbone with some really weird looking teeth, big too. I need to compare them, I live on the oregon coast

- If the jaw is composed of a single bone (dentary), you have a mammalian jawbone. You can get some information from a field guide to mammals, such as the one by Burt & Grossenheider, but a better source would be the key to mammalian skulls by Glass.
- I second that ^^ Another good online resource is http://animaldiversity.ummz.umich.edu/site/index.html which even has some 3D images of skulls for some species, as well as a few angles of jawbone images. It might be a bit hard to use as an identification tool unless you have an idea of what the species might be to begin with.
