My Funny Picture

I want to change my Weemee on MSN but when it comes up it it doesn't show the full Weemee, just it's head!?

on MSN I go onto change display picture and then create a dynamic Weemee, I already have one but I want to change it but when the page comes up it only shows my Weemees head and doesn't show any pictures, it's really annoying me now! can anyone help me?
