Webcam doesnt work on msn?

I downloaded the newest Windows Live Messenger. My webcam is properly installed. I could make dynamic display pictures using my webcam but when i want to view or start sending webcam, it doesnt let me. When i accept, it loads and shows the ads, then it says that the webcam session has ended without even letting me see or send webcam.
