Computer Virus Help! Pictures have weird icons!?

My computer got a virus and after attempting to delete it, my computer seemed to be running fine, but whenever I go to any webpage, all the pictures on the webpage are replaced with this strange little icon. I'm sure most of you have seen it before, it is at the top left corner of every picture and is a small square with 3 shapes in it. (red square, green circle, blue triangle) All pictures on the webpage are replaced by this, but I discovered that if I right'click on it and press "Show Picture" the original picture will appear normally. I do not want to have to do this for every picture on every webpage, every time I go on it. I have no clue how to solve this problem. Help would be much appreciated.

1. I guess you damadged Internet Explorer do this: go to start, control panel, Internet options, press on Advanced tab, then press the Reset button It may take a while then everything should be fine if not try downloading the newest adobe flash player Adobe.com/downloads
