Photo Editing Software?

Where can I get some software, possibly free off Torrent Websites or something, that does great image effects. Like put the whole picture grey and keep someone's shirt in normal color and have somebody's sunglasses with a picture layered onto the lenses and stuff like that. Just where I can make really cool Display Pictures for MySpace, Facebook, MSN ect. Thank you heaps! 10 Points to most helpful answer!

1. paintshop pro is my favourite download a trial It lasts 60 days and theres heaps of versions so once your finished the trial for one, just download the other one theres a site search oldversion is better on google, itll come up

You can do all the using Photoshop. But it is NOT easy to learn. Try downloading from http://www.shareaza.com/ ==== But start out slow. Download Picasa (free from Google). And just get started. Good luck....
3. Gimp is a great image editor. Download it and give it a try. http://www.gimp.org/ There's a user guide and tutorial under "Documentation" link. And YouTube tutorials, of course (my favorites =D)
4. Go to the library and read a book on photo editing. It's a skill and an art. There is no "push button to change shirt color" You have to know how to use the tools. Try a bookstore. Like amazon. Second, don't steal software!
