school spirit day, chaotic clothes/hair, PLEASE HELP. :]?

my school's spirit day is comming up next thursday. it is called chaotic clothes. i need help to put together an awesome and crazy outfit and hair. clothes, shoes and accessories that are different colors, patterns, and textures.. like plaid shirts and striped pants with flowered shoes.. and hair half up, half down.. here is what im revolving around with: - skinny jeans, any color and pattern- a crazy tee, such as funny sayings, crazy patterns and pictures - converse - a hat - piano belt - knee high socks? - maybe neon colors - funny accessories, such as a necklace with a dinosaur on it - kind of mismatching, but still fashonable - pretty cheap prices - hair that is crazy, weird styles, colored that is pretty much everything. i'd really appreciate it if you help me. thanks. :] oh, and im only in elementary 5th grade. but i can work things out. thanks. :]

Go to Hottopic they got neon color stuff and temporary hair dys so that you can dye your hair and they got knee high sock and in different colors and they also got color skinny leg jean but theyre kinda expensive but you can get some at target for $20 and they also got converses and in neon colors and more stuff that u would want
