My Funny Picture

anyone knows to change messenger profile pic in msn ?

I changed my display picture using the change display picture in msn messenger, long back. My profile on msn has the previous messenger pic displaying instead of the new one when i go into my profile. Others can see the previous image instead of the new one in my profile as "messenger pic". How do i change or edit that. Right click does not have on option of cut or delete or change. Thanks
