1. lol no.. it is considered a funny haircut! They probably love their dog and think it looks cute like that! It looks to be in good health, not too skinny, shiny coat, looks happy.
2. not really but that was really mean to cut a dogs hair like that.
3. you mean the bad grooming?.. no.. it looks a bit thin, but that could just be because of the mixture of breeds.. (looks like a hound of some kind mixed with a standard poodle.. in which case it would be a fairly healthy weight)
