My Funny Picture

Pictures in Microsoft Outlook 07?

I am experiencing a problem when I receive embedded pictures in emails. What I mean is when a picture is meant to have moving parts e.g. people , animals etc, they dont, I only receive them as still pictures. Can it be my settings, when I receive them on another computer using xp, no problems. It probably sounds confusing. But if anyone can help would be great, because some of these emails are really funny, that is if the picture moved. Thanks again Have changed format to HTML, still not viewing right.
