make pictures have huge eyes?

I am looking for some different cool sites...such as things like jib jab, where you can add your own pictures to animations, and like image chef where you can add your own text to different pictures. Adult content sites ok also....just looking for some funny stuff so I can pick on some friends...lol,Thanks everyone!!! Ive seen pictures on the net where you can make people or animals appear to have huge eyes....things like that is what I am looking for.
