Where can I find downloadable Youtube display pictures?

Could you help me find a website which in I can find Youtube display pictures for free??? I can't find ANY myself, and I would REALLY appriciate if someone were to refer me to a website in which they have anime picture codes! Please help me find one a website in which all I have to do is copy the code. Thanx sooo much!!
