On myspace, why does my display picture come out blurry on my page, but not when you go through my pictures?

My myspace picture is blurry on my page, but when you click on my pictures, its not blurry. i don't know how to fix it. please help!

1. Its probably because of your layout. Try changing it and it should work.
2. If your image is small (under so many pixels) when it goes larger as your display image, it pixelates making it look blurry.

4. because it is compressed to be small on your home page. some picture formats dont compress well, especially .png or .bmp
5. your picture is not big enough you need to resacn it to better qua or use photoshop to make it bigger with more pixals.
6. It might be because of a setting on your layout. Try changing to a different layout.
7. You should have your defauly uploaded twice. One needs to be the full size picture in your public albums for friends to see, and the other should be in a private album. The private album one needs to be shrunk down before you upload it. Make it half the size, and see if that works. Many times, high quality photos will look distorted when you use them as avatars or small default photos. You have to shrink it before you upload. don't change your profile. That has nothing to do with it and makes no sense, whatsoever.

9. Change the layout or if you know how to play around with the code, find the part where they have the picture and change it. I do that a lot with my codes if there is something I don't like, but if you get confused a stuff, I don't approve it because your profile will look all unbalanced and weird because you put wrong things on the code.
