How do you get back at someone who prank phone called you?

Hi. Someone prank phone called me and i don;t get the number. I had the phone company track it and give me the number. It was one of my friends and now i need to get back at them with out letting them know i know they did it. I know the 3 kids that did it, so NOTHING is going to far!!!!!!!

1. prank call them, scare them, buy a police suit have a big fat guy get in it and put fake handcuffs around them accuse them of something! hope i helped! ive done the last one it freaked them out!
2. ring up and pretend to be a salesmaketer and say that the marajuana or somthink u orded is just left and should be there in a few days or pretend to be a cop and say that u have been caught with pessetion of drugs and wepons
3. Call their mothers and pretend that you are from Planned Parenthood. If these kids are guys, tell their moms that you're calling to tell her son that his HIV test came back positive. Or that his girlfriend's pregnancy test came back positive.
