Can you still get your neighbors pic if you are nice to them and become best friends with them like you could for the ds? If you can, what is a good way to do it?

1. i would say to just try to talk to them like all the time. and also try to write them. i give them presants which might help. so ya and also wave to them (keep a distsnce and click on them with the pointer) so ya thats all i got. hope it helps. o and of u have wifi...email me so i can give u my code =) hope u get your pics lol
