What's a big scientifically accurate book about most animals and parts of the animal bodies with detailed pics

What I want for the holidays is a nice book with various animals in it with cross-sections and have it cover all kinds of animals from bugs to horses, from sharks to deep-sea critters. Worms and aerial plankton, too. Just a big book with pictures and with everything. I want to learn everything about animals and what each animal has up their sleeve.
