What's a good way to get characters pics in animal crossing wild world?

I know you have to be friends with them but what are good ways to do that?

1. There are two different types of pictures. There are ones from villagers, and there are 6 special pictures from Pelly, Phyllis, Tom Nook, Pascal, Katie & Kaitlin, and K.K. Slider. To get villagers' pictures you have to be really really good friends with them. Send the animals in your town letters every day, talk to them every day, wave at them every day, give them items that they want, and deliver whatever items that they tell you to deliver. Bring them medicine when they're sick. Eventually, when you run past them, they'll get a blue exclamation point or realization lines above their head and give it to you. It takes about 15 minutes to refresh them, so if you feel that you are good friends with an animal, go away from them for 15 minutes so they can't see you, then run by them again. Pelly's Picture- Store 100,000,000 Bells in the bank, and wait for a letter from the town hall. Phyllis's Picture- Store 500,000,000 Bells in the bank, and wait for a letter from the town hall. K.K. Slider's Picture- Buy a red turnip from Joan. Feed the red turnip to Wendell and get a country guitar. Give the country guitar to K.K. Slider. Tom Nook's Picture- Buy a red turnip from Joan. Feed the red turnip to Wendell and get a turban. Give the turban to Saharah and get the Red Vase. Give the Red Vase to Crazy Redd to get a safe Give the safe to Tom Nook to get his picture. Pascal's Picture- Buy a red turnip from Joan. Feed the red turnip to Wendell and get a turban. Give the turban to Saharah and get the Massage Chair. Give the Massage Chair to Tortimer, the mayor, and get the scallop. Give the Scallop to Pascal to get to choose between the golden axe (which never breaks), a regular axe (just a regular axe... DON'T choose this one!), and Pascal's Picture! Katie & Kaitlin's Picture- Complete the lost kitten quest (activated by DS-to-DS communication) and get it sent in the mail to you from Katie or Kaitlyn. NOTE~ You will only get a present if you are the one who delivered Katie. Hope this helps! ◊◊
