Windows Live keeps asking me to get the latest version of flash to use my weemee. What can I do?

Basically it's said in the question the details, but I have the latest in flash and windows live, I just keep getting words in my display picture area saying: To see this dynamic display picture, you need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

2. Re-install the latest verion of Adobe Flash Player.
3. un-install your old outdated flash player here, http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157 then goto youtube and click on the link there to download the newest one.
4. Some browsers won't install Flash while they're running. DOWNLOAD the latest Flash player, close your browser, run the file you download, then run your browser.
