Dynamic display pictures won't delete?

I have 2 dynamic display pictures (the ones that move) and they won't delete. I have tried deleting them and signing out and on again, and it didn't work. I have contact the MSN people and they didn't help, it was some automatic message saying nothing that had to do with anything about my problem. Can someone please help me?
