Personally I think he looks just fine, but he definitely has a noticeable under-bite, but hey, that just gives him more personality.
yeah, he's pretty cute, but i don't really like small dogs. i've always owned big dogs like German Shepards, and Labs, but he is cute.

The contrast between the white and the red is beautiful. He has very nice markings. They are probably referring to his underbite, but all I could see was how beautiful his eyes were. You have a nice dog there. Don't let anyone try to tell you different.
