Any good computer pranks people?

Does anybody know any really good computer pranks. By "good" I mean ones that are good enough that you can't just use ctrl-alt-del to get out of them. Also, preferably ones that are easy to convince friends to download. Thanks! P.S. I already know how to do things like creating a shutdown shortcut, ending explorer on task manager, etc.

2. If you are alone with your friends computer, I did it to a friend of mine, I pulled out his video monitor cable from the computer just enough where it would not connect. But when he check it would look like it was still connected. Boy, I'm glad I lived 70 miles from him when he finally caught it.
