New Msn display picture question?

Hi first of all, can you make moving display pictures for the latest version of windows live messenger? If so, how can i make one easily for free? and also, can i use existing pictures? thanks

1. you can use their cartoon pictures of yourself which move just like the yahoo ones except they move, but no you cannot use GIF images (images that move) in msn unfortunately :(
