What are some good, harmless phone pranks?

I like to prank call my family a lot. anyone have some good, simple, and totally harmless ones? Here's an example i use: Hello? Hi, is your refrigerator running? yes. then go catch it! cheesy, yet funny ones like these. thanks! :D

2. me and my bff do this one a lot: call someone and say: hello this is (pick a name) from your local walmart and i would like to inform you that you have a box of soap on layaway. most people have an awesome reaction you can also call people and ask um what their fav flavor of m&m is. most people say a color
3. Start singing happy birthday. Say some random name and then the person will be like "They don't live here! You have the wrong number!" Then laugh! And eat turkey
