freaking out: dog chewed up phone?

Okay, so i came home from tennis tonight and my mom told me i could get a new phone, and i was like why? so she said cuz my golden retriever "puppy"(like 11 months old)(whom also chewed up 3 pairs of my flip flops, 2 of my stuffed animals, my ipod case, my laptop cord, and 2 of my softlips chapstick.. those are just MY things, the list would go on forever if it were everything) anyway, he chewed up my phone. So i was like sweet! a new phone! but when i took a shower afterword, i started crying (idk if i was PMSing or just because that phone was my lifeee) it had.. 1. Tons of cute pics of my bff's 2. Pretty pics from my lake house 3. Pics from NYC 4. Pictures from the McCain rally at my school 5. Pics from calli. 6. My fave texts from my parents and bff's 7. trillions of contacts 8. like 5 billion amazing videos 9. pics/texts from my friend who moved away and.. 10. a text from my 97 year old grandpa who died a year ago. So i asked my mom/dad if we can retrive it, but they said they dont think so. :[[[[ Please tell me if its possible to retrive that stuff and if so, how much time do i have. __Ps: what kinda phone should i get? I like colorful stuff, keyboard for texting, and cuteness.. lol. I have verison haha, thanks. and he had hundreds of bones, 5 of his own stuffed animals and 20 chewtoys XD

1. depending on the type of phone you have (verizon, cingular, etc) you go to your dealer and say "hey, my phone's busticated, can i get a replacement" and usually they can get all the information out, put it onto a new phone, if you get the same type it costs even less, and you're good to go. EDIT: also, get your puppy a chew toy XD
2. You still have the sim card do you? Many of those stuff could still be on that sim card. If you can't just let it go. The past is the past. We only live in the present. Make your future even more memorable and better! When you get a new phone, get a blackberry or something. Or if you have verizon then get any of those good phones.
3. Well that sucks, but I think you will get over it. I think you can get it from your sim card unless your dog chewed that up too. Next time leave your stuff up high ok? also I bet you have memories and pics and videos of your friends that were not on your phone, it's ok you can start over. Also next time put stuff on your computer if it is that important to you. Go to verizon.com and look at all the cool phones!
