Does anyone know any good scary prank ideas?

I tried googling this, but i came up short. In my opinion there isn't anything worth trying. So i need you're help. Me and my friend our here at her house, and our 2 friends just left to go bowling. They should be back in a couple hours.. When they show up we really want to scare them out of there wits! Any ideas?

1. Have somebody you know dress up as a robber and come in the house, pretend you guys are locked in a closet and your other friend (the robber) pretends to steal stuff. When they walk in the robber pushes past them. Lol. I'd be scared!
2. Okay I did this once. I dressed all in black and invited my 3 friends to meet me out in our corn field. I started toying with them making noises and speaking in latin(I took latin in High school, It also helped that they all believe in ghosts and though my families farm was haunted. I however do not believe in ghosts anyway, I chased them into my families home where my brother was, he (he was in on it too) told them I had gone out to meet them. Then I snuck in the back door and tripped the circuit breaker. The house went dark, I crept behind them quickly enough so they would not see me. My brother then mysteriously disappeared. They stated to freak searching frantically pleading with me saying it was not funny anymore. I was not totally done yet, I had my brother fire a gun in the back yard. My friends ran and ran all the way back to their houses.... LMAO best prank ever.... I am not sure if that gave you any ideas but go for it...
