What are some pranks we could do to a three year old?

My three year old cousin LOVES being scared. I love pranking him. So what are some scary pranks me and my cousin could do to him. So 2 people are in the act. Me and my older cousin. We want to pranks him. Please help!!

4. yea he may be cute but i would pass on that idea. sometimes things like that effect small children like that in a real bad way, ask my son. one time he was asked to try something when he was that little (he was at his babysitters) and she made him eat something that still haunts him to this day. he seems not to be able to let go of that for some reason. in your case it would effect the little guy somehow, i wouldn't wanna find out how. it only takes one time.
5. Ok first make him do something bad. THEN. Dress up as police and arrest him. Oh and make a police car out of cardboard. And sound like police
6. Me and my brother actually did a polica prank to my little brother. I think he was like, 4 or 5. He was making my older bro really mad so he siad "Im gonna call the cops". So he sneaks out the door with a mask, and an okay suit and rings the doorbell. I let him in and my little bro freaks out and tries to hide and everything!
7. He's 3 - it wont be hard to scare him so don't do anything OTT. BOO pranks will work fine - anything that will make him jump but not terrify him! One of you sit him down and tell him a story, a simple story but lead up to something scary happening, the other person will blow up a paper bag and creep up behind him and burst it t the right moment. (e.g. _____ walks up to the old house and opens the door then.....) BANG!
