scary sleepover pranks now asap?

ok so i got alot of answers to the normal sleepover pranks so i need some very scary pranks now i mean wet there sleeping bag scary or worse IM TALKING FAINTING SCARY or even worse no pictures from scary movies cause thats just lame so give some pranks that will scare the crap out of them nothing gross just mega scary so get to it also it would be great if you have done the prank or had it done to you thx allot

1. I am probably a prime target on pranks. I know a few. Some of them depend on how old you are. 1. My friends left the house and went into the back yard with all the lights turned off. I was 12 and I almost screamed. Her parents were out playing slots, so I was in there home alone. I ran around the whole house trying to find them. You could probably do that to someone who is going to the bathroom or doing her makeup or whatever. 2. I did a prank to someone and she was 14 and screamed and ran downstairs onto the couch. Me and two other people were making popcorn in my kitchen. We made sure she could see us when she got out of the bathroom. While she was putting on cream and other crap we connected a string to the doorknob and to a shoe. When she opened the door the shoe would hit the wall and make a loud noise. She always flings open the door fast, so this was good. After the shoe made the noise she turned around to see what it was, and into a dark room in which we took my mom's manikin for designing and covered it with red goo and black cloths. When she walked in she called me and I said can you get my wallet on my bed. She turned on the lights, screamed and tripped over the night stand. It was HILARIOUS!
2. Record one of those screamers that you see on the computer and then hit a door and when your friend comes to see what it is play the screamer really loud where he can't see you.
