What are some good pranks to play on my brother?

My brother is REALLY annoying me any suggestions?

1. Here's one if your brother chews his pencil, or smokes cigarettes. Get a really nice hot pepper (available at most supermarkets) cut it open, and rub the pepper on his favorite chewing object. Don't do this if your brother is really little.
2. Ignore him. He wants to get your attention, because you allow him to. If you ignore him, you're in control. If you respond to his pranks with more pranks, then he is in control...of you!
3. vaseline on the doorknob short-sheeting the bed when he's sleeping put makeup on him put bengay in his underwear
4. I suggest simply shaving off all of his hair while he is peacefully sleeping. (sinister laugh)
