How do i distract a colleague away from his desk for 2 mins to pull off an office prank?

I only need two minutes and he eats lunch at his desk and has already gotten his morning coffee.

tell him his car is being towed
if your boss is helping with this prank you can ask your boss to give your colleague a 2 minute break outside the building. Good Luck!!!! :D
Ask him to make a copy or get you something, like a donut (yum). You could ask him to look at something on your computer, like a bug or funny e-mail.
call him and say your wife or husband is in the parking lot so he will leave and pull the prank
tell him that you'll buy (donuts, bagels etc) if he flies.
Ask him to check something out in the men's room. Maybe the tissue? Someone told you a toilet was clogged? Someone may have left their wallet? I know that can be tricky depending on who has access to your restroom. Ask him for some assistance with lifting...or with reaching something you can't.
Hide something of his, or get another colleague to hide something of his. While he goes to find it, pull it off!@
