What are some really good pranks, to get back at my brother and his friend for freezing my bras and underwear?

I REALLY want to kill him, but my mom said no...so I want to have something really mean, not old fashioned... and something that I am not going to have to clean up because I'm in trouble for doing it! Tonight is prank night. I will use one of each of your ideas so that he will be suprised. Tomorrow, whichever prank he thinks is the meanest of them all, will be awarded best answer and get 10 points!

2. while hes sleep give him a freezing of his own take a small container of ice and pour it down his pants or just all over him ive had this same situation happen with me btw
3. Baby pictures on his facebook/myspace does the trick pretty well, if you didn't live with him I'd tell you to order a bunch of pizzas to his address
4. brothers are so mean! i have 2 older ones and they are constantly being really mean. I have never tried getting them back before but i am planning my revenge. idk what though because the one i want to get back has no life so it is going to be difficult.
