What are some fun things, like pranks, to do in a small town?

I live in a small town and me and my friends like to do harmless pranks and things around town because everyone knows everyone. Any ideas?

3. get dry ice (to make steam), a black cape, dark clothing and make up, chains to make noise and walk down da streets...then spread a rumor dat you died...
4. shaving cream and siran wrapping cars
5. soap suds in the town square fountain!
6. firecracker in poop? lol
7. cow tipping, and snipe hunting
8. In my town, we have a water fountain at the edge of the street with the name of the town on it. People usually pour soap in it, and the soap suds come out of the fountain (and NOT onto the street.) It's pretty funny.
9. I live in a little small town called Clay City, IN. My friends actually spray painted "Billy Bob Loves Charlene," on the water tower in john deer green spray paint. That happened about 2 years ago, and it is still there!
10. My sis and like three other seniors got a little like 4ft high eiffel tower and snuck up on the roof of the school and put it up there....lol They also took our meanest teacher's favorite and expensive chair and hid it in like the book storage behind a lot of stuff! best wishes~

13. Cake a Car: Over night put flour on a car. With the morning dew, it becomes hard and "cakes" to the car or, roll a strip of duct tape across a street and have people kidden holding each side. when i car drives by, it sounds like you are getting a flat tire.
14. me and my friends blew up condoms and put them on the antennas of the ballplayers cars that were sitting in the parking lot at the high school and we also spray painted the side of shop class.
15. oh yea, nothing gets smaller than the town i ended up in. cows moo -ing is all you hear at night or your almost to close neighbor ...farting! so... try a scavenger hunt for crap around town and try to get some local business in on it. find stuff to make something. like a scarecrow or snow}giant, of course}man, or even a town official in drag. more than that ,make sure all is done in GOOD humor and more cool things and idea will support you on having fun. try also, a spook night with prizes for best story or the best night-out set-up. try clean-up community spots. seniors always could use a team of 'someones' to do light stuff around their properties. thanks for your question.
16. Fill the fountain with soap suds. To do that all you need to do is go down and dump a whole box of laundry detergent in there.
