Does anyone know the "I shall sing you the song of my people" funny picture?

It's a picture of this fat and old white guy with white hair playing some kind of flute or something, with only some kind of sumo-style diaper on, dancing. The caption says "I shall sing you the song of my people". It is the funniest picture I have seen in my entire life. lol PLEASE tell me if you know about this picture. please add the link if you have it. lol
